Le superflu est indispensable

« Il n'est jamais bon de sacraliser ce qui est indispensable. On peut sacraliser ce qui est superflu, c'est relativement sans danger. Mais lorsque l'on sacralise ce qui est indispensable, on étouffe tout ce qui est autour. On porte alors atteinte à la diversité qui est la nature même de la vie. On oublie en somme que le superflu est indispensable. »

Perhaps one of the most terrifying aspects of the "zone", is it's innate ability to expose the darkness in man's heart and cultivate it's wretched desires, allowing it to fester within the shuddering womb of their fragile minds and control their wary ambitions with casual ease. The "zone", in many regards, is a metaphysical symbol of humanity's incessant faults; as unpleasant and as corrupt as the stagnant rust that permeates the very flesh of it's snarling environment.

Great Music and great movie, i hate how people fail to understand the movie. After i first saw it, i just sat on my bed for an hour staring at my wall thinking about life and other things, i love movies that can have such an impact.

you're right...after i first saw tom & jerry, i just sat there thinking how fragile life is...one moment you're fine and the next moment you lay flattened on the ground with a broken piano on top
